Does POA currently serve my area?

To serve our customers better we only deliver in areas where we maintain our own distribution centers. We are in the process of rolling out distribution centers across the country and hope that we will be servicing your area shortly. Currently we are in NCR only.

   Is it safe to procure at POA?

Yes, procuring office supplies from POA is absolutely safe. Our secure server uses an encryption process that takes the characters you enter and converts them to bits of code that are securely transmitted over the Internet.

   What if the item ordered is out-of-stock?

Once we have received your order, our warehouse will determine online whether each item you ordered is in stock. If one or more items you ordered are currently out of stock, you will be immediately provided with the option to part-order in-stock products for immediate delivery. If you choose so, we will send the remainder of your order as soon as the product becomes available.

   What is your Returns Policy?

You may return any item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of receiving it for a free exchange. Only you have to fill one form which is available with our delivery guys.
